Forest month - April 2011
Students from National Pedagogic College, Constanta, Romania, on 14 th april 2011, involved in the Volunteer voices project organized interesting activitieswith the theme of protecting the nature. We celebrated the forest month involving volunteers –students organizing a workshop for their schoolmates giving them information about trees, nature, how we can protect the environment.
What was the most attractive path of our project?
Theesee contest was attached to some posters, drawings and paintings.
What was different from other ecological activities?
Well, we had had our students learnt about trees in Romanian history and what symbolaizes the willow. Our students told us different enchanting poems about the mistery and the natural life in a forest.
Well done, Cristina and Romanian students, we had a similar volunteer activity, Global Climate Change Campaign, we were planting trees and asking people to save our nature. Good job!
